About the Event
Start your Sunday mornings with us for a refreshing combination of yoga, community, and connection! Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this all-levels class is the perfect way to move, stretch, and set a positive tone for the week ahead. After our practice, we'll gather for coffee and conversation to get to know one another better. Here's what you can expect:
FREE Yoga Class: A weekly, all-levels yoga class held in the beautiful Regal Cinemas VIP lounge at Riverpark. Great for beginners and experienced yogis alike!
Post-Yoga Hangout: After yoga, we'll head over to Panera to enjoy something hot and continue the conversation. It's a great chance to build community and share stories.
What to Bring: Bring your own yoga mat for the session. If you’re joining us for yoga, please arrive on time as the doors will be locked once the class begins.
